Stay on top of project costs
Protecting your margins is hard when you don’t know what you’re spending. With expense tracking in Find Boxes, you can quickly see if projects are going over budget or review how much your business has spent over any given period. It’s an easy way to know exactly where your money is going.
Control who sees your financial data
Your finances are private, and not everyone on your team needs visibility into every expense. Now you can limit non-admin users to only seeing the expenses they personally create — while admins and project admins retain full visibility across all projects.
All users can still upload expenses as before. This change is simply about who can see the bigger picture.
This setting is enabled by default. To turn it off, head to Settings → Permissions and Controls and toggle “Only admins and project admins can see all expenses.”
Log in today and make sure your expense visibility is configured the way you want it.
